Thanks. I have 130 invites and between the buckles and ribbon, it's going to run me $150 and right now, my invites are at $370 and I don't really want to go over $400.
my suggestion then is getting the ribbon and doing it yourself. I am buying ribbon from the wholesale district, 200 yards for $3
Gosh I wish I could get myself to the city...
is there anyone you know who works in the city and can get it for you? I have to go into the city everyday bc of work but even i might not be able to buy the ribbon myself bc they close early in the wholesale district, about 3pm so might have to get FH to go bc i would never make it on time.

I remember seeing that too. this is exactly what I am looking for. I did the monogram bellyband on my STD's so I wanted something different...
but when i search belly bands in google, i get lots of pregnancy clothing sites, lol

Oooo i was right hahaha, here are the invites with a big ribbon on top and they look GORGEOUS like this, love it.
Yes!!! but I'm not sure if that is just plain ribbon and she tied all those bows herself. i just sent her an FM

you definitely could do that danielle. Just have to buy the 2 cardstocks and buy the monogram stickers or print it directly on...plus buy ribbon
this is what i did i had extra paper from making the invites and bought ribbon for like 25 bucks (the ribbon was cheaper but the sites min was 25 so i bought other things with it)
i printed like 25 monograms on a page and cut them, cut cardstock and cut the ribbon and glued everything together,.

Denise- did you go to a specific store in the wholesale district for the ribbon? I've walked into a few and didn't see ribbon for this price. AC Moore & Michaels is selling 4 yards for $2 - so if I can get 200 years for $3 that would be a steal!! I need a lot of ribbon for my DIY favors, programs, etc.

After I made my pocketfolds, I put books on top of it for a week, mine stays closed. I purchased rhinestone buckles wholesale for really cheap. If you're interested FM me. However it does take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
