So, this past weekend was my best-friend's 30th birthday party. Her mom got her a belly dancer. So much fun!!! I actually lost a ton of weight a few yrs ago by belly dancing.
Anyways, I want one at the wedding so bad! FH doesn't think it's a good idea. My cousin had a belly dancer at her wedding...(she married someone who was Egyptian and belly dancers at weddings are common.)
I think it would be so much fun. Opinions? Obviously, I'm not doing it if it's a gazillion dollars. Maybe I'll suprise FH!!

So, I just got off the phone w/ FH and I started mentioning the belly dancer again!! lol... I kinda figured since I may not have any control over my bridal shower it may not happen...BUT...since I'm graduating law school in May and having a graduation party....I'M GETTING MYSELF A BELLY DANCER!! It's the only way to ensure I get one!! lol.

Yep but shes prob pricey since shes so well known. If you like the one you found go w her. I bet shes fab.

He doesnt care. I told him you rather a belly dancer or some other 'act' like sword swallower .. he rather the sword swallower. lol he's funny. lol i wanted to do something different you know. I know my guests would love entertainment. But I think I will go with a belly dancer bec they are cheaper and because they interact with guests. I have been to a few wedding with belly dancers and it was fun!
