my wedding didnt come around yet but generally speaking when i wear something form fitting.. i take it off. i dontlike it poping out.. but on my wedding day i will put in a very little eyebrow ring that fit in my belly with ble rhinestones...that will be my something blue!

My slip came high enough to cover it so it wasn't an issue. I would be afraid to take it out and not remember to put it back in. You can get one of those plastic retainers for about $10 if you're worried about it; it's just a straight bar that doesn't stick out at all. I got mine at a tatoo/piercing place.
I heard that you can use fishing line. It sounds gross, but i heard that pregnant women with belly rings do this since there is so much stretching that even a retainer won't work. You might want to try it. I don't know how the hell you would get it in lol, but it would be invisible!
