...what are the other on-line (but brick & mortar) sites that you have used? There are a few but I can't remember then...I did a 'netbride' search but only came up with 'netbride'.

Have you tried 'TheKnot.com'. I'm not sure what your looking for but they have a lot of helpful information, timelines and such. It's a great site but they are not specific to Long Island or New York so it wouldn't be as helpful for finding local vendors. Worth looking into.
