There's no such thing as 'the best band' they all have their own style. You have to find what's best for you and your reception. Go to showcases, see the band live and decide what's the best band for you.

You should check out the band we booked, Soul Revival , so far they are the only vendor I have booked besides my hall. We saw them play a friends' wedding, and thought they were amazing, they are all young, late 20's-30's and just have a great vibe. HTH www.soulrevivalband.com

Totally agree. What one person thinks is the best and is good for them may not be good for you.
We all have our biases and I'm no different.
Go see some bands and see what you like. You will know it if you like it.

They were just featured on Platnium Brides on the We channel and they have been named 'The Best 70s Showband In the Country'. They played in the White House for Bush, they played last year's inauguration. They also played for Clinton.

I know! I know! VISION - they are through Franklin Wayne music and they literally knocked my socks off with their talent. I wrote up a big review on them.... love love love them!

They are highly underrated on here -
One of the many great things was that they actually learned songs that were important to me to play -- instead of just using a CD. They are so talented and the lead guy Cisco is the nicest man!
