BEST DJGET IN TUNE*

We just got married on Sept 6, 2002!! We had the best DJ on Long Island!! We couldn't have asked for a better reception! They offered so many different packages and Glen, the owner, was so helpful with everything! I reccomend them to any bride to be! All of our guests raved about what a great time they had and said they were the best DJ they have ever seen! Everyone danced all night, no bady was sitting! I have to go to 5 weddings next year, and 3 of the couples that are getting married are considering booking our DJ, too! They were AWESOME!!!! GET IN TUNE!! Oh we had a live percussionist, Howie Bongo, he kept the night alive! He was part of the package we had with GIT!

I also booked GET IN TUNE for my wedding next July 4th I have seen them play twice and the second time at a bridal show that my family attended. They are still talking about them and how Great they are I was so worried about the DJ since they do make or break the night, and since I booked them I have no worries I know they will make my wedding.And when my Fiance and myself met glen he is such a sweetie I would Secound that they are the best DJs I have ever seen.

We also booked Get In Tune DJs for our sep 2003 wedding,and are glad to hear someone had a good experience with them.Why is it certain girls always when somone boosts about a vendor they are all of a sudden a vendor.Come on girls where more grown up then this.I feel the band if you choose or DJ is the most important part of the day,DONT YOU. And she was very happy with her choice.We also saw them at two showcases and were great thats why we booked them.

stac, really, who would find a board like this to post on, only after their wedding, never one time before? does that make any sense? I'm sure Get in Tune is great, but Mrsheller is a little obvious!

Exactly !!! Hmmmm, wedding's already passed, never been on LIWeddings before, and very 1st post is to tell us about wonderful DJ, nothing else??? I don't think we have to think too hard to realize what's going on.

I can only speak for myself...but from someone who usually never accuses someone, I have to say that this was pathetically obvious. I don't doubt that GIT is a good DJ, but when a 'bride' comes on here with their first post about their excitement for ONLY their DJ on their wedding day, it really isn't difficult to figure out what's going on here...

I definitely agree with you that your music is a VERY important part of your wedding day, but I certainly wouldn't talk about ONLY them when giving a wedding review of any type...

Not for nothing, this afternoon while I was perusing theknot.com message boards, I saw a similar post. It peaked my interest, so I checked the girl's profile. Turns out she has a website about her wedding. the website Not that I care one way or the other, maybe get in tune asked her to post? I dunno...it seems a little far fetched that they'd make up a whole web page and all, and post after the fact. I figure if they were going to go through all that trouble, they would use a fake date in '03 or '04, this way they could plug themselves for a good year, in a great number of posts, rather than just one.

Are you kidding me? Is this a joke? I can't believe you think I am a vendor! Has this happened before and that is whay you all think I am actually GIT? Well, I am not and no they didn't ask me to come in here and boast about them. That is why they have showcases! I thought this was about brides helping brides? The subject line is for typing what the post is about, and mine was about my DJ! I loved every aspect of my wedding, but the best part was the DJ, and I thought I would let other Long Island brides know about them? I didn't know my FIRST post meant that I had to introduce myself and go into every detail of my wedding. If any of you are interested, I used Park Ave Studio for my photographer, Dynasty Limo's, I got my dress at Paradise Bridal, my hair and make-up was done at Cactus Salon, tuxedos at RSVP, my hall was Capt Bill's, my flowers were made for me, I got my cake at Classic Cakes. They were all awesome! Everything was perfect from each and every vendor, but the best, by far, was my DJ! They made my wedding so special, and when the other brides who are using them come in here and say what a great job they did, please be kind! There are more important things to worry about in life than to wonder if someone is posing as a vendor! Have a nice day and good luck on your weddings!
