Best Engagement Gift You Got!

One of my best friends just got engaged. I want to get her something really great, not expensive, and maybe kind of fun.

Believe it or not the best gift I got was a Hallmark wedding planner! It really did keep me organized.

Any ideas?

I didn't get it yet but my FSIL told me she's getting me some nice thing to display the actual broken glass from our (traditional Jewish) ceremony. Apparently they send it to you and you send it back to them after the wedding..then they mount it into Lucite.

We haven't received any gifts yet, but our party is July 3rd.

We didn't register, so I'm curious to see what our family chooses for us!

i got my toasting flutes, but it was already known the ones i liked...

i got a beautiful lenox vase ...

Most of the gifts I gotmwere off my registry, so it's hard to say.

Although I guess the best was a really great surprise. FH proposed at WDW and when we came home from the airport, my mom had the lenox statue 'minnie's dream wedding' as our first engagement gift. So sweet!

other than that I also loved the Snow White and Prince Charming Lenox people gave us (we're going to display them near the cake)

Place settings

and MONEY!

I'm hoping to have an e=party soon and I hope people will give us $$. We really need it
