Best Man backed out on us...

The best man in our wedding, FH's best friend backed out of the wedding party and the wedding all together.

Apparently he thought our wedding was 0910/10 so he booked a trip to Japan to visit his grandparent's graves.

FH is super pissed and disappointed.

I don't know how to make it better....

with 67 days left he's got to pick someone else :/


Oh I also forgot to mention one of my brides maids had a major mishap a few weeks ago. She fell down some stairs and broke one ankle and fractured the other. We are hoping she'll be ok by the wedding now too.

W....T....F...

FH had to learn this from his Best Man via text message today.

FH has been calling him and texting him back to find out *** happened but he's not answering his phone now or answering his texts.

And my mom just told me my injured BM may not make it to the shower because there are 'stairs' where my shower is... just getting better & better.

im so sorry. what an asssss. maybe one of the gm can step up!

This just happened to FH last week. one of his gm backed out through RSVP!!!!!!!!! wtffff he's going on vacation..didnt even have the ballss to say it to his face.

I'm upset that she may not be there for either. It's a possibility and it bothers me since she is one of my closest friends. Not having her at such important events is something I didn't think would happen. But we are just waiting to see how she is the week of the wedding, I told her she can make the call.

We were thinking of just having all our GM & BM sitting by our sides during the ceremony to give a little break to the injured BM without making her stand out.

But of course it's all about what she's feeling up to & what her doctor says. That's most important.
