Best Man Vent

i am soo mad right now. So Most of you know i was going CRAZY with my eparty seating chart.... the party is sunday and it was the only thing stressing me out. Well ... i had most of the bridal party sitting at one table together ..which everyone thought was a good idea.. Well FHs best man calls like 3 days ago.. and jokingly says i dont wanna sit with my cousin (FH is close with a lot of his family.. so they are all coming).. and i said dont worry you're sitting with us.. and he says..you can't do that.. so i say ok..why? and he said i have to sit with my mother,grandmother and uncle..they are all coming alone (which obviously they aren't..because they would be sitting together with thier nephew/grandson and his wife..and a very close friend of the family who is coming as well. so i had a whole table almost) So i say ok that's fine then. i can sit you there.. i'l switch things around..so now.. to make it a table of 10.. i had to move him and his wife.. and another groomsman and his wife to that table ... ok fine..they all know eachother.. i fugred it out.. it was ok!!! Well FH didnt really like that.. he felt it was rude of him to tell me that i couldnt sit him someplace and that i had to now move everything around. Also .. this whole time all he has heard from his BM is that it's opening day of football (which FH gave up cause it was the only day we could have the party) ... and FH is a football freak..but he's like cmon man its my eparty. I have like 45 guys coming..not one other person has complained to me! So FH talks to him and jokingly says..'yea i hadda move all my tables around cause u hadda sit here'... well his BM flips out and starts yelling.. basically saying..'this is your bride... she's running the show.. ' and FH flipped on him. He told him ..she has done all she could to make sure you were happy sitting where u want..so shut your mouth about her. So now im pi$$ed off and upset cause me and his BM are friends.. and i was so hurt that he said that. Who are you to tell me about our day?? he's making the day about him.. FH even said that my MOHs are making a speech and that the BM could too and he was like oh it's only a freaking engagement party..why do i have to do that. He got married..what the heck.. he did all this... what is his problem? I am just at my wits end... i have worked my butt of to make everyone happy at this party with the stupid seating.. and how dare he say that. Now i am not even looking forward to seeing him sunday.. i really just want to ignore him... arggggggg...

I was glad that he stood up for me..it was def. kind of cute..lol. but he knows i'm not one of those people who's like oh this is only my day and it's all about me... and he knows how worried i was about people being seated together and being comfortable..and i just want everyone to enjoy themselves!!!!!!!! I just wanna sometimes..lol

People will enjoy themselves no matter what - don't worry about where they are seated. I know you want people to know the people they are sitting with - just like at a wedding - but don't stress too much about it. I would put everyone back where you had them from the start and let the best man deal with it. It's your party. Have fun and tell him that this is the way it is!!!! And tell him to Tivo the friggin game.
