We just launched the voting for Best of 2014 and we had to add an awesome prize into the mix! This contest is simple...all you have to do is go to the Best of 2014 voting page and vote for your favorite vendor(s) and then come back on this thread and reply and tell us one of the vendors you voted for and why. You can have multiple entries but only one vendor per reply. What will you win? The winner will receive an iPad mini!

This contest is open to both brides to be and newlyweds. Multiple entries are allowed but only one vendor per reply. Winner will be selected randomly from all the entries. Contest ends on midnight, January 31st.

I voted for East Wind Caterers for Reception Hall because there is just nothing not to love about that place! The beautiful grounds, the food and everyone there is wonderful to work with!!!

I voted for Capture the Moment for Best Videographer because Jessica has been great to deal with so far. She spent a lot of time with me at our initial meeting, showing me clips of her work and discussing what I wanted for my day. Her pricing is excellent and what I've seen of her video work has been quality. I'm excited to have Capture the Moment shoot my wedding video!

I voted for La Bonne Boulangeries because their cakes are out of this world. From the decoration to the taste of the cakes, everything is executed beautifully. I buy all of the cakes for my office parties and birthday celebrations from this bakery because they are top notch. If my venue didn't include a cake from their 'house vendor,' I would have had LBB make my wedding cake.

I voted for Lighthouse Photography. Florio and his team are absolutely amazing. They were so professional the day of the wedding and the teasers I have seen so far are incredible.

I voted for Giorgio's. Giorgio's was amazing from the grounds, to the food, to the staff. I can not say enough good things about them. My wedding day was out of the world all thanks to them.

I voted for Once Upon and Event DOC's. Kristyn my DOC was wonderful. She was by my side all day making sure I had everything I needed.

I voted for the Lessings waterfront venues. I voted for lessings because they are allowing my fiancé and I to have our dream wedding on a tight budget.

I voted for Bridal Rush for hair. Jessica is such a sweetheart! She's also a perfectionist when it comes to hairstyles and was so patient! She tried a few different looks during my trial and wouldn't stop until I was completely satisfied. I left my trial feeling beautiful AND my hair held it's curl all night which is a miracle for my hair! I'm looking forward to working with her!

I voted for Makeup by Oksana for makeup. So many positive reviews have been posted on here about her and they're all true! She's a genius when it comes to makeup. I had my trial at noon and my makeup was flawless until I washed it off before I went to sleep that night. She welcomed my mother and I into her home for the trial and made us feel like family. I know my wedding day makeup is going to be perfect.

I voted for JayLim! He is absolutely amazing! From the get go when I came across his work I knew I wanted him to be my photographer and he was the first photographer we met with and booked on the spot. His office staff is very responsive to reply back and are very friendly and that's a plus! We had so much fun with Jay on our engagement session. He is very easy going and just makes capturing the moment so special. I'm so excited and can't wait for him to capture my big day!

I voted for North Island Photography. They are so incredibly talented and great with communication!! Judging by what we've gone through with them so far, they are definitely worth every penny!

I voted for Floral Terrace! They are by far the BEST choice we made for our wedding!! I can't even begin to explain how wonderful and patient everyone is that works there, especially Frank. They really are giving FH and I our dream wedding at a price we can afford.

I also voted for Sand Castle. They are not our RH (ours wasn't on the list), but they were so nice when we met with them and offered SO MUCH at a great price.

Mas music for the ceremony musicians I choose. Marie was wonderful and got back to me right away with all answers to my questions. She sent me some houses for music and also can learn new pieces. I'm so excited to have her perform!
