Best Shower ideas

I know nobody really enjoys showers (unless they are our own), but in addition to my sister plannig mine, I am planning one for my FSIL. I don't want it to be boring. I was just wondering what are the best and most entertaining ideas were that you ever saw at a shower. I know one we are planning for my FSIL is to buy and fill out all of the thank you card envelopes and stamp them. This way she only has to worry about filling out the card. I love this idea.

I liked Bridal Bingo. It made it interesting to see all the gifts. As a prize they gave out little picture frames.

There was a game we played called 'who has it' it was a list of things women may carry in their purse and when it was called out everone had to search and see the first person to have it, got a prize it was kind of fun

i left the room and the woman picked a girl from everytable to make a dress out of toilet paper and bows and i had to judge. i thought it was fun. they also had me answer questions that my bridal party had written and then asked the questions at the shower if someone answered 3 correctly they received a prize

I think I posted this once before. But a friend of the family instructed all of the guests to wrap their presents in Clear celephone so that the bride didnt have to open all the wrapping paper. All the gifts were on display on tables and anyone that wanted to see them got the chance to see them. There was no chance of cards getting lost and no one was bored out of their mind watching the bride open irons and blenders.

The most annoying and boring part of a shower is the gift opening... what we did at my friends shower was have the bridemaids unwrap the gifts and the bride just read who it was from and held up the gift. It made an hour or two process only 1/2 hour.
I always like making the TP bridal gown!
