Best Stores for my dress?

I want to make appointments to try on some dresses, but I am unsure on where to go. Everyone is saying different places have different pricing. Can anyone tell me which stores are better to go to??

I think it's really important to have good customer service and to also go somewhere that is convenient for you to get to, espeically when you have to start going for fittings.

If you are just starting out, I think the best thing to do is call around if you have some dresses in mind to see if any stores carry the samples. If you find a store that does, make an appointment and try the dress on and see what else they have that catches your eye. If you seem to like their service there and you do like a dress, keep them in mind when it comes time to order. Then, if you do like a dress, call around to other shops to see if they give you a better price on the dress. If somewhere else does, make an appt to try on dresses there (even if they don't carry the sample of the dress - because if they carry the designer they can always order the dress) and see how you like their customer service.

I had a good experience at:

- Lillette's (ask for Gerri - she's so sweet)
- Village Bridal (all the girls there are very nice and attentive)
- Monica's Bridal in Brooklyn (I have heard some girls didn't like them but I personally thought their customer service was great, they gave me a great price on my dress, the store is beautiful and this is where I purchased my dress from. I am working with Yelena and she was very nice to me both times I went there and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. I never once felt rushed).

Also, Ashley at Helen's bridal is a sweetheart.

Carol at Lillette's is AMAZING as well she's been so helpful between my dress and the my girls dresses.

Estelles though they do not carry a huge selection

depends on what you are looking for...
If want to have a bigger selection of dresses at a good price, id say Lilettes.... If price is not an issue KLEINFELD...

Bridal reflections is awesome also!

I had the best experience at Kleinfeld's and one of my friends got her at Bridal Relfections in Carle Place and another got hers at Bridal Reflections in NYC.
