Best/Worst Part of Planning

I've had a roller coaster of a week, and it got me thinking. I'm curious to know for all you other ladies, what has been the best part of planning your wedding so far? What has been the worst part? I'm feeling down in the dumps right now so trying to get my mind off of my own planning!

The majority of the planning has been the best - I've enjoyed almost all of it!

Worst part - dealing w/ my RH.

I will only post the worst part because honestly, everything else has been quite a breeze and I've enjoyed every single minute of it.

Now for the worst:

Finalizing a Guest List and collecting RSVPs. Even though it wasn't AS hellish to finalize a guest list and to collect all the RSVPs in time as I thought it was going to be, it still was the only thing during this whole process to cause me a migraine here and there.

So far, everything has been smooth sailing except dealing with the church. But all of my vendors have been fantastic!

Besides all of the zillion rules my church has of things I cannot do, but they double-booked my priest (who FH and I REALLY wanted to marry us) at another parish. So now we have to pick someone new

He did offer to marry us if we pushed back the time, but I really didn't want to do that.

Best Part- My friends and family coming together and getting along so well. Friends from different areas of my life all exchanged cell phones and are extremely excited in planning and helping plan.

Worst Part- Knowing all though you have major vendors booked..you will still have a million things left to do until the day of.

Oh no! That's terrible! I can't believe they did that.

The best things have been the little experiences we've shared along the way. I LOVED our epics, and our tasting. Both were SO SO fun!

The worst things have been the hotel block - both finding and booking it, and now trying to get people to book.

And the guest list, first trying to get people's names and addresses together, trying to keep it under control, and now dealing with all of the unexpected 'NO's' and the non-rsvpers.

I love planning Our wedding...

But it has been SOOO stressful Even though I have NOT done my invitations yet I am getting request of ppl 'Well since X is invited, Seat me with X' ***!!!!!!!!!!

ohh and Bridal party... My X bridal party was A BIG issue... but all good now...

ITA otherwise it's not so bad.

Best part was creating memories that I'll never forget with people that I love. For example, going to the kleinfelds blowout sale with my mom doing the whole waiting on line thing and madness. We had burritos and beer afterwards and it was such a great day. Another moment I'll never forget is FH and I meeting with pastor april and just outlining our ceremony and both of us getting so emotional...

Worst part: Everything that has to do with guests and guest list including invites, gathering addresses, rsvps, etc. I don't like relying on other people and this is one part of the planning where i felt like I had no control

also, surprisingly, hotel blocks were a p.ita

Yeah, this was my biggest concern for a while and definitely the worst part up until about a month ago. Now we are in a good place financially, but my family is causing all this drama which is making me really depressed and anxious

The best part is how involved my FH is - but in a positive way - and he just wants me to be happy so I get what I want! :)

Worst part: Seating charts! UGH!
