Beyond DIY...Need a Recommendation

I'm hoping someone can help me out...my BM dresses came in, and each came with a satin shawl that matches the dress. Since the wedding is in June, we really have no use for the shawl, so I would like to turn the them into evening bags for my BMs. Trouble is, I am not that crafty. Can anyone recommend a seamstress that can do this kind of stuff?

I would ask Phyliss at Gownfind. She does alterations and makes shawls. She might be able to do it.
