BF'ing Moms

I assume that breastmilk needs to be warmed after it is fridge just as formula would need be. My question is how do you warm it? I know not to use the microwave. Do you have a bottle warmer? If so, which one?

Yes, it should be warmed. You put it in a warm pot of water and let it warm up... thats what I was told anyway, but I never got to do it

Re: BF'ing Moms

I would just run warm water over the bottle for a minute or two. And I shook it really well because it tends to separate. I have an Avent bottle warmer and never even used it.
