'BIG' hair
We're watching VH1 classic alot these days and seeing all those crazy clothes and hairstyles is just cracking
me up! It's just about a fact that everybody used hairspray back in the 'big
hair' 80s. I was very guilty of emptying many, many cans of aerosol spray
every month towards the end of the decade. Was any one else here guilty of ozone depletion? What was your
spray of
choice and how long did a can last you? and How BIG
could you get your hair!?! Do you remember the 'claw' bangs, where you 'd curl them back and tease 'em up
good and high! Some of my friends got them like 4' high! Then they'd hairspray the crap out of them! LOL.
Hairspray wise,I always bought cheap,(Rave or Aqua Net, ugh and aerosol of course!) but
occasionally splurged for Aussie Freeze Spray, because I loved the
grape scent. I still use Aussie products and the smell brings me back
to those teasin' and sprayin' days! Any one else have Big hair
memories?
