My mom made me a ring bearer pillow..a replica of the one I really wanted...Then we find out my FSIL made one too and apparently spent a lot of time on it....Even though I havent seen hers yet, I would really like to use the one my mom made. Wahst should I tell FSIL?

Maybe you could use one as decor at the wedding or shower? I would go with Mom's for the actual though....Hopefully FSIL will understand!

i know FSIL is upset and she told FH that my mom was rude to her when she told her she already made one...but FSIL can be very pushy and Im sure my mom just has had enough of her.

How about you use 1 pillow during the ceremony and the other pillow when you take photos? No one really sees the pillow during the ceremony, but the photos last forever, so use your mom's for the photos.

tell her that your mom had told you that she was going to make one and you agreed. You are sorry but you had no idea that she was making one as well. Let FSIL know that you will def. find someway to use it

i would use the one your mom made.....it's your mom. I would tell your SIL that you appreciate it and apologize, but that you will keep it as a keepsake. she should be understanding of that, and if shes not, then tell her to keep her pillow

this seems to be the best idea!
i received 2 cake servers. I'm using one for my bridal shower cake and one (the engraved one) for my wedding cake!
