BIG problem NWR

OMG so this morning after I got out of the shower i noticed the faucet was kinda broken so FH and I justt got home and he was about to go in the shower and I said Oh yeah I forgot to tell you the faucet is acting funny.......well FH just messed with it and now it wont turn off!!!!!!!!!!!!! We live in an apt complex and I called the landlord and he didnt pick up FH went to the basement but cant find any shut off valves

Looks like we will be sleeping in the rainforest tonight

nope he still hasnt called back but FH rigged something up so it stopped until the morning....He wont tell me what he did he just keeps saying come and look


ETA: So I am sound asleep in bed and I wake up to banging on my door at 6 am!!!!!!!! FH was already at work so I was nervous but it was the F-ing super to fix the shower. I told him to come back because I was sleeping then quickly thought well the shower is still running S u c ks for me no more sleep
