I am watching it right now and i am in shock how much weight these people lost so far.. i feel so motivated right now lol i need one of those trainers to work out with....

Yes i bought there cardio max workout dvd and thats how i lost all my wieght. it really works.

lol jillian is a tad bit scary


the 30 day shred was very intense and i really didnt like it. so i used cardiomax and powersculpt.
