that is absolutely wonderful! just makes you realize that no1 has to be overweight (unless it is a disorder or something of course)... you just need the inspiration, strength, and committment to get yourself to that point

OMG. I watched the entire season... Alli looks AMAZING! but so did everyone else. I'm so happy for all of them who stuck to it.

When Ali came out in that little black dress, my eyes and jaw fell to the floor.

I was in tears watching them, i watched all season, i just wish i could afford a trainer, and had 8-10 hours to train the way they did.

I'm happy that a woman won it, but I was really pulling for Roger because I liked his personality better. I loved Bernie and I'm so happy for him as well.
