Don't laugh but...my biggest wedding day fear is that my period is going to come! Near death cramps while wearing a wedding dress, with fear of leaking....yeah, huge nightmare!
Has any other bride had theirs the day of? Any problems?

Mine usually comes on the 12-14th.. my wedding is the 10th.. hopefully i don't get it early!

Mine is all over the place. I can't even guarantee when it will come that month! I'm getting married shortly after you!

If your on BC just double up. I have done this for vacations and there were not problems. If your nervous call your doctor and she should be able to advise you more.

I checked my calendar back in may to see when mine would come and I was supposed to have it the week of the wedding. I ende up doubling up bak then to avoid it. Definitely something I wanted to avoid!

lol that is so weird that this came up because i literally went through my iphone calender today and saw that as of now I shouldn't have it on my wedding day :) the wedding is on may 25, and I'm supposed to get it on like the 31st
hopefully it doesn't change drastically between now and may!

To be totally honest, I picked our wedding date around my period! No lie. We wanted September and I said to FH 'It can only be September 6, 13 or 27, I'll have my period the 20th.' Luckily I'm on the pill and it always is on time.
I'm actually incredibly lucky in that my period is scheduled to come the week BEFORE my wedding, so I'll be worry-free that day and the entire honeymoon! I'm on the pill, and it's like clockwork for me. I didn't even plan for it to be that way, but I'm so glad I don't have to change anything up!

Haha I understand your concern all too well. I was so paranoid about this that I actually calculated my time for august a year and a half in advance, and decided on our wedding date accordingly.

I planned a long time ago around my period (on the pill) and it works out perfectly so that I wont have it for wedding or the couple of weeks after. We have gone on a few small trips in the last year including an anniversary trip and a trip to florida..I wanted to double up for these trips but I wouldnt risk changing the schedule for the wedding lol.

I have done this many times but the last time I wound up getting my period for 2 wks!! I would be scheduled to get it the week of my wedding hoping it will work the way it is suppose to this time

I will have it the week before My wedding. I'm on the pill very predictable. I have it done to te hour I get. It was literally the first thing I checked after we agreed in a day. And I say wahhhoo
