Gabriel is 3 weeks. Is it too late to send birth announcements? Any suggestions where I can order some?

I don't think it's too late. Plus, I think people will understand that the new mommy was a little preoccupied to get them out right away.

you can definatly still send them out. Do you want to use a pic? You can bring your pic to Cotsco they will make it out - kind of like a x-mas card. Otherwise any Hallmark Store should have books you can order from. Even some of then vendors, like LA Productions, may be able to help you out

I had so much going on that mine were pretty late. I sent them out when she was about 4 weeks, so people got them after she was already a month old. I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but they were still nice.

No, it's not too late at all. It's hard to get stuff done pronto once a baby is around so I think it's fine.
Ahem....we are still waiting to see a pic too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
