BK is a healthy puppy & puppy botique is okay! phew!
I have been feeling guilt for the past week that I bought a sick dog from a puppymill!! Well, we have a great vet who is the City doggie health inspector and he said that BK is just fine!! The puppy boutique is not a puppymill. He also said that I can call the dog tcup or toy, as long as I know its a maltese, lol. We are starting to train BK on a leash...he is doing okay. When I walk, he mops the floor! We stopped at the PetCo on the way home and got him a doggie litter box. I will let you all know how it works!

no, the puppy boutique would not be a puppymill... but where he came from MAY possibly be.... like where my chihuahua came from.... its sad, but it happens, marymoons dog came from a puppymill too...... most places wont admit it, but it happens ALOT. i have heard very bad things about puppy boutique as well as good things... (your dog seems to be absolutely doing great so far!) you can never really know. anywho, the most important thing is that you have a HEALTHY dog you love and loves you!

Congrats on your new puppy! My dog did that too with the leash training, but soon enough he will learn! Good luck!

emily, are you training him on a leash on a Collar or Harness? may i recomend a harness for toy breeds? most toy breeds walk beter on a harness do to their trachea... except my chi, but shes a freak... ef recommend a harness.... but im sure your vet and the ppl at petco already said that! hows he doing so far?!?!

mrs. k...... eh, you wouldve noticed eventually anyway! they walk alot better on it and when their little ya know how they pull away, well thats harder on little ones' throats.... you'll see most little dogs are on harnesses thiese days... my minpin is REATARED if hes not on one! he races forward so quick and starts choking himself like crazy.
