Anyone using these or have pics with these? I'm thinking about using some in my bouquet (along with black magic and charlottes) but not sure if they will photograph too dark. Thanks!

Re: Black Baccara Roses- Too Dark?
My BM roses were Black magic.. I used a color combo that made them look perfect.... Ask your photographer--Definately.. If you can bring them in a couple of roses to take a pic of.. check it out that way...
thanks 2003oct10, those are similar to the bouquets that I want for my BMs! they are having red roses with mango callas and berries, but I was thinking of adding something else to brighten maybe an ivory rose- vandella? what is the pinkish rose in there that you used. thanks

Re: Black Baccara Roses- Too Dark?
Fell in love with these when I first saw them (also liked the mini calla's as well). Decided to go with the Baccara in the c-pieces and bk's for BM's. The $ can add up though. Certain pics can make them look very dark but they're not black. Definitely see a sample because they may be different from vendor to vendor and also from the time of year. They feel like very soft velvet, not like your typical red rose. We have burgundy colors weaved throughout different things and this looks great. Didn't wan't bright red roses or anything like that. And can't have 'spring' type colors in November. Also, look at the burgundy calla's as you may like them as well.
