I just recently decided to have my bm's wear black dresses we found a beautiful dress that is perfect for everyone, it it just looked so elegant in black! None of us like how the other colors looked so it will def be black. My fh and some family members think that it is weird to have black dresses, can any of youladies post pics of how your wedding looked with black bm dresses and flowers and all that! I totally appreciate it, and I am trying to get some help not regretting getting the black. Thanks ladies, sorry kinda long!

i don't have a pic (sorry) but i wore a black BM dress in my MOH's wedding a few years ago. she also had us wear a colored sash around our waists to bring in some color. it ended up looking really elegant! our sashes matched the flowers! HTH

I think if you use bright colored flowers with a black dress, as well as a colorful sash, it wont look depressing at all!

Well, my BM are wearing black dress with a champagne sash (pics in album). I am having them carry a variety of off white, cream/ivory flowers, kind of vintage looking. like this pic... maybe a lil less green...
I am doing black bm dresses as well..with white and light pink flowers! no pics yet but LOVE black and white!

My BMs wore black dresses, ivory flowers. My whole wedding was black and ivory, it looks very elegant. Pics in my albums.

I didn't have my wedding yet but my BM dresses are black with white sashes. Flowers are Cranberry, white and cream.
My girls wore black, and they looked beautiful. I personally LOVE black for the bridal party - it's so elegant and everyone looks good in it! The girls carried bouquets of black baccara roses. Pix in my album.
