Black BM dresses in August?

So I picked out a BM dress, but then came to find out that one of my BM's wasn't crazy about it....eventhough we all went shopping and all agreed, but whatever I ended up finding a BM dress that I liked better the only problem is it doesn't come in the color I wanted. I wanted wine colored dresses, but since they don't have that color I was thinking of doing black dresses with the darkest pink color they had for sash. I think it would look nice and be flattering, but I don't know is it bad to do black in August? I would have really bright colored flowers and I think it would really pop against the black.

Black is a classy elegant color dress any time of year!

I have worn black dresses to weddings in the summer never thought twice about it!

Black dresses look amazing no matter what month the wedding is in. I say, if you love it, go for it!

i was in a wedding last august and we wore black bm dresses...I LOVED IT ...i say if u wanna go black then u should ..u def wont regret it !!!

ok its settled, black it is!!! Now I just have to find a place that carries the dress!! I wish I could post a pic, but the Watters site doesn't let you copy the pics!

Agreed also. I am doing black BM dresses in April- black works in ANY month and there is so much you can do to work with it. And, it's SUPER flattering.

I didn't realize how many girls were doing black BM dresses, thats awesome!!!

Now I need to figure out what to do for the flower girl dresses.
