We are having a black & white wedding, should both moms be in black as well.. My mom says yes, I say as long as they dont wear white or some crazy bright color ,Im ok with it,, My mom insist's beacuse we chose a black & white theme they have to wear black & I think my fmil is not happy with this ? Opinions ?

It's really up to you. You decided on black and white but you make the rules.
I would let them wear whatever they are comfortble in with some color guidelines.
