Blackheads...ew!

Blackheads...ew!

How do I get rid of them???? I've tried the astringent, Neutrogena's blackhead mask and and an exfoliating scrub.

Any skincare advice would be greatly appreciated!

In sephora they have extractors (blackhead), they are about 15$ steam your face that opens the pores and then use the extractor they will pop right out........ I love this stuff.

I have a comidone (sp?) extractor. You have to be very careful with them. They can cause damage!!

It is just a round hole you place over the blackhead and gently push down I swear it is soooooo easy I love doing it makes such an improvement on my skin. There are extractors out there that are sharp but I do not suggest those unless you have a boil etc. Just get the one with the round hole at the end a gently press I promise it won't hurt you control the pressure.

Re: Blackheads...ew!

you really should think about getting a professional facial (not to close to any big event)
The facialist will recommend a skincare routine that should diminish blackheads.

I exfoliate every day (Bliss labs low fat exfoliator, Netrogena pore refineing cleanser)
and do an at home mask every week. I go for a facial every 2 months.

Also something that contains sacylic acid is supposed to be good.

I have sensitive skin and I tried Johnson and Johnson's brand with salicylic acid and it burned my skin...so be careful if you have sensitive skin....
