I didn't think it was quickly!! I have been so worried because it was almost Sept. (the start of the school year) and I had no job!! All I was seeing was leave replacement (I applied just in case) and that isn't a great job because you are left on your butt in 3 months!!

I started applying for teaching jobs April of 2003....no calls. Last August, actually, just about this time, I got SOOOOOOOOOO many calls...you wouldn't believe it. I was actually at a point where I had my pick. They wait to the last minute a lot of times. It's funny because as teachers, we all want a job by September. So graduating in May gives you just about 3-4 months to find a job. It feels like FOREVER! But my girlfriend is in the business world and finally found a job after 8 months, adn that was quick! So go figure!
