Blessing

We really want to have a blessing at the reception and we've asked a friend to do it but.... what exactly do they say? Is it just something they make up or is there some kind of book of blessings? Can anyone share what they might use or have used?


Oh, and do we give this person a thank you gift? Any ideas?
