FYI - Last week Dateline (or Primetime - I can't remember) had a special on how all of these restaurants/fast food places that advertise all of these 'Low Carb' options are not what they appear...

They are NOT healthy options....

They particularly names Blimpies as one of the worst and most deceiving....

They tested one from a blimpies and it had 44 carbs in it.

To be fair, they tested from a different blimpies and it came out reasonably close to what they advertise.

I heard the same about low-fat yogurt places. Some lie about how fattening and how many calories are in it.
