Re: Blusher

Jennbaby- I e-mailed the designer of my dress
(Marisa) to send me a fabric sample and they told me I need to look for a diamond white veil.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I thought I'd wear a blusher but now I'm thinking I won't.

Re: Blusher

3 tier with cathedrial veil with crystals scattered on the veils but not the top blusher one... no trim.

Jennbaby - Find out what color your dress is from your designer. There is a difference between white and diamond white so they should be able to give you a definitive answer. I got my veil and tiara from Denise Lily. Her stuff s in Kleinfelds but it is a lot cheaper if you go through her directly.

Re: Blusher

The three layer will stay on. The cathedrial veil is a seperate piece that will come off after the church. I love how the veil looks ... it's makes me feel like such a bride!

Re: Blusher

i have a three tier elbow length veil with blusher. I like the anticipation of my father raising my veil and my FH seeing me for the first time.

trim on veils

just a word of caution on the trim... it looks beautiful, but i have seen pictures where you cant tell that the trim is coming from the edge of the veil and the bride looked like she had antennae coming from her head! please watch out for that! also, i saw another bride with pearls scattered on her veil... it looked like she had a zit on her eye when the blusher was on! i am going with plain plain!!!

Octobergirl...

I was worried about the crystals too that's why i am only having it on the other veils... NOT the blusher one.
