BM dress are in I am confused

Ok so the girls dress came in so I called to let them know that I got the message and that in April they would like to come in for there fitting...well they don't do fittings on the weekend
Why would they that would be a convenient time.
Anyway....the Woman said they can pick up there dresses and have them altered someplace else..Well they took there measurements prior to ordering to get the correct size. The Girls were also charged a 65.00 atleration fee...so Now they have to pay someone else to do the alterations also..or would they original have to pay an additional fee

I am soooo confused

If I'm NOT mistaken, that 65 dollar fee was indeed for the alterations. I would not have them go some place else. you already paid to have them altered. I would NOT be happy. But make the shop do the alterations, otherwise there getting over on you. Good Luck.

The alteration fee may have just been a cap. ( a max amt they would have to pay )

I dont think they would have paid that already. You should check on that.

its on the bill they did not pay in full yet ofcourse becasue they did not pick up the dress

If you pick the dresses up to be altered elsewhere, they usually refund any prepaid alteration fees.

I know our shop used to charge one amount, and many times girls paid ahead of time, but that was always taken off the bill in the end if the girls did not get alterations there.
