BM dress being discontinued!

My cousin called me today from Georgia to let me know that she went to order her dress. Davids told her it was good that she came now because the dress is being discontinued!

I quickly emailed all my girls and all but 1 can order it now. I was thinking of lending her the $$ but I really dont have and shes out of state, what if at the last minute she cant come up for the wedding. Im also real iffy about lending anyone $$ even if they are a friend.

So Im totally at a loss for what to do. Should I tell them all to get different dresses as long as their lilac or suck it up and lend my friend the $$?

That's a tough one.
If you LOVE LOVE LOVE the dress and you want your friend to be involved then order it for her.
If neither of you can order it, and you want them all to wear the same dress, you might have to pick something else.

another option...
a few girls i know have picked 'discontinued' dresses from Davids because they could buy them off the rack for super cheap.
if she wears a size you think they'd have in stock and are willing to take a chance, maybe you can order the rest of them, and wait a while to buy hers off the rack...
