ok... i thought we had picked out the bridesmaid dresses a week ago, but one of the bm's was not there when we picked. long story short, she went today with another bm and said that she hated the dress we picked originally and liked another dress better. i happen to like the dress she likes better too. is it wrong of me to change my mind ( bear in mind the dresses have not been ordered yet) and do you think the other girls will be mad? thanks!

I think you should just mention to the other girls that you found a dress that you think is even nicer, and ask them if they'd mind getting that one instead... I really doubt they'd be mad! After all, it's your decision in the end anyway.

No, just tell them that you like another dress and would love it if they all went to try it on/see it.
This way everyone can see that it's a nicer dress.

i had mega drama with choosing bm dresses. ive learned you cant please everyone-no matter how much you try or how much you want to. in the end its your wedding. the only thing that would change my mind one way or the other would be the cost....is one signifcantly more than another? stick to what you want!
