BM Dress Help

I need help finding this dress. I'm pretty sure it's a 2 piece. it looks like it's strapless, but it has a sheer overlay from the waist up and the overlay is a halter top. I found a picture last week that one of you girls posted, but I don't want to post it because it's one of your bm wearing it.

But, I can tell you everyone of them looked and felt fantastic in it
