BM Dress ordering

Just curious but how far in advance should I take the girls shopping for dresses? We saw one at Davids Bridal that we all liked....just not sure how far in advance to get them all together...going into busy season at work so time is limited but don't want to wait until April 15th either to go!

TIA

Re: BM Dress ordering

your wedding is the day after mine. I am waiting on their dress until i have a dress myself. but i wish i had my dress and i was working on theirs.. so for my own personal taste I wish i was a little ahead of where i am right now. so for me, i would do it asap. i feel like the bp dresses are going to be hard because my girls are all sooo different, figure wise and im nervous about finding a dress that looks great on everyone! (for some reason saying that reminds me of sisterhood of the traveling pants!).. anyway,.. so i hth!

lets see- my wedding is in june and i just ordered their dresses- and the lady at the store said i was cutting it close.
so i would definetly do it sooner then later- at least 6 months in advance.

My dress place told me 5 months. So my last dress order has to be in by March 15th.

David's orders come in very quickly since they are not designer made. It takes them a few weeks to a month.

Well, I am getting married in mid-October and the woman at the bridal store told me not to order the bridesmaid dresses any later than May so you have until June I guess at the latest. Besides, it never hurts to be ahead of the game, right???
