Is BM Dress sizing the same as bridal gown sizing, or are BM dress sizes closer to your jeans size or whatever?
it depends on the designer. Some are pretty close to your true size, while others (traditionally) are cut about 1-2 sizes smaller
It ususally doesn't resemble clothing sizes. My bm's had to order much larger sizes then they actually wear. We were stunned by the variation. Defiantely have them measured, be careful sometimes the sizing charts are very skued. We ordered one of my bm's sizes smaller than the chart and it was still a little bit - I don't think she had lost weight either.
