BM dress styles

Original post by SummerBride10

What are some good dress styles that are flattering on EVERYONE. I have a big range of girls and I wanted to find something they would all feel comfortable in.

I don't want to do different dresses. I like the look of girls all wearing the same dress.

Pictures would be very helpful too!

Thanks girls!

IMO, I would try to stay away from strapless dresses if you have a big range. Some strapless dresses tend to come across as looking 'broad'. (I was a BM with various size girls all in stapless dresses, the pictures made alot of them look broad for some reason) Try Alfred Angelo 6548.

Thats what I'm worried about. I'm getting married in the summer and really want a strapless dress....but 2 of my girls are plus size!

Thanks everyone for the feedback, so far I've been looking at A-line and empire so im on the right track. I just didnt know the material that is best!

I have been in a bunch of weddings and all of my dresses were plus size and strapless. My favorite dresses were the 2 peice...very comfy and flattering because you can get an a-line skirt and a very fitted top. I think most of my dresses were Bill Lekoff.

IMO...an empire waist dress on a plus size girl only makes the girl look bigger. That is what always happens to me when I try one on. I always find really pretty empire waist dresses but when I put them on I hate them. Just something to keep in mind.
