My wedding is in June, when should I order the dresses for the girls???????

No later than January. They typically take 3-4 months to come in, and you want to have them in about 2 months before the wedding just in case of screw ups.

I'm going to order them by November... just to be safe. I've heard too many horror stories!

I would like to have my BM dresses picked and ordered my no later than end of October and my wedding is late May.

It also depends where you are ordering it from. My thought is the sooner the better.
