BM Dresses

I think I am just going to tell everyone to go and order this dress and have it tailored to size. I am kinda just sick of them making excuses and am just going to chose on my own.

I'm sorry your girls are being difficult as well I think it may be best for your sanity if you do just pick the dress for them. I think that dress is so pretty and I love that you are able to remove those beaded straps, I love the dress with the straps, but they are so much better than spaghetti straps. It should be figure flattering as long as the gathering at the waist lays flat, like Lindsay said. But from the pictures it looks like it will. Is shadow, Bari Jay's grey color? Good luck!!

I'm sorry your girls are being so difficult. I think it should be fine, as long as the shirring on the waist doesn't stick out too much (sometimes it can add bulk). Its a beautiful gown. I like the detachable straps.

Yeah shadow is their color... the straps are my favorite thing about the dress... my girls have GINORMOUS boobs and we need some kind of a strap for at least 2 of the 4 girls.... plus the strap is super vintage looking.... I am going to make my sister drive to a store in Orlando to try it on and send me some pictures of it.

I love that dress! If we go with Bari Jay bella chiffon instead of iridescent that's definitely one of the prettiest ones!

I think it will definitely be flattering on most body types. There is a chance it may look a little maternity on someone with a big belly but make sure your girls have their spanx all ready to go and tell them to suck it up and suck it in!

to be honest, they had their chance - now they can either suck it up and get the dress or not be in the wedding...

I have the worst bridesmaids and an even worst MOH :(

reading what I wrote seems a little bridezilla-ish, but really they have not been the slightest bit happy or supportive of me... Ill just be like princess Kate with lots of kids in the bridal party and just my sister up at the alter with me!

The dress is beautiful & considering how they have been treating you they are lucky you picked something so nice lmao. It seems your best bet is just to pick the dress you like & they will have to deal with it.

agreed. It's not like you picked some horrible dress or ugly color. Bari Jay isn't even that expensive. Sorry for the agida.

It sucks that it has to come to this, but your girls should be stepping up to the plate...I hope they realize why you want them to be BM...and if it has to come to you being like Princess Kate, I'm sure everything will still look gorgeous!
