All my BM's have different body types ranging for a size 5 and the largest is probably a 20/22 in a bridal gown!
With that said in order to make everyone comfortable, my first choice was to allow everyone to pick a different top (to fit body type and breast size) with the same skirt from a seperates collection.
Has anyone done this or seen how this looks in pictures. Beautiful pics are VERY important to me and my FH and I don't want them to look bad.
Please share thoughts and pics.

My SIL had this issue as well. She had one girl who was a size 2 and one who was a size 18/20, some were small chested and some were large chested. She did the skirt and top idea as well, but it didn't work out very well at the reception as people were dancing b/c as people were raising their hands and dancing, so did their tops b/c they weren't attached to the skirt.
For this reason, I would suggest one piece gown that can flatter all body types. Try Alfred Angelo - they had beautiful gowns for all sizes and shapes and what we used for my wedding.

I agree the two piece may be an issue but maybe you can pick two dresses same designer but a dress for the smaller bust girls and a dress for the larger bust girls. I am doing a halter for the larger women and a strapless for the more petite girls so that the women with the large bust have support and the women with the smaller bust can wear my original idea of strapless dresses. It will still look uniform if you limit yourself to two very similar choices in the same color and material. JMO.

I decided to pick the designer and the color/fabric, and let the girls all pick whatever dress they like! I just asked that they all be long. This way everyone can pick something that flatters their body type!

I am doing black dresses and letting all the girls pick whatever dress they want from the same designer. I have a big range of body types and ages in my BP. You can check out my album for Bridesmaids dresses and see the ones they are picking from. There are about 11 and I made them a little catalog of their own to look through with pricing, etc.

I have the same issue with my BP. I had all the girls get together, and I asked one of the size 12 girls to try on the sample dress so the others could see the fit. (biggest sample in the shop was a 12!) I chose this dress, b/c it will flatter the bigger girls due to the sash at the waist (to cover the belly). Plus, it also comes w/ spagetti straps to hold the top up, and a shawl so the girls can cover their arms if they want. They all loved this dress! Maybe you can try something similar?
