i mailed out a email to all of my girls and they all said they loved the first one ....i was really happy that everyone who responded to it ...all loved the same dress ...but one of my girls imed me to tell me that i cant use the dress cause she is using it for the bridesmaid dress in her wedding...

Does that give her total dibs and rights to it? If it were me I'd use the dress - perhaps it is in a different color? Why can't you have it in your wedding just because she has it in hers (even if you both want the same color?)
