BM Dresses you pay or they pay?

Hey guys!!! I am a little confused about BM Dresses, few wedding I've been to and I was in bridal parties, the brides purchases dresses, to one of the bridal parties, a bride made us pay. What do you guys think? I want to buy my BM dresses

my bm's will pay but i dont know what im gonna do about fh's sister cuz she has hardly any money.

i'm having my BM's pay. i have heard of situations where the bride pays but i have 8 BM's and i am not Rockafella

if you want to and you can I think you should. I would if I could. I wain one wedding where the bride paid for the dresses and we just paid for alterations

all the bridal parties i have been in, i have been responsible for paying for my own dress. i have heard of brides or brides familes helping the bridal party out, but then that would be their gift.

But don't you think hair and makeup is gonna come out to more than paying for the dess? I am also having about 8 bridesmaids

i guess it depends on the size of you bp and the prices of dresses your looking at

They pay. Thats why you have to make sure the price is fair. I am going to help pay for the MOH gown since she's my sister and help pay for the flower girl gown.
