So my BM's found a dress in one shopping day. We saw it at Lillette's and TCWC. The TCWC was $22 cheaper, but my MOH who got her bridal dress at Lillette's says we should buy it there. She feels more comfortable getting her alterations there. I called Lillette's and they won't lower their price. So my question is, how are the alterations at TCWC?

I only speak from what I saw with my own eyes. My good friend got her alterations done there and her dress was supposed to touch the floor. When she got the dress, it was close to 5 inches off the floor. We are talking about Commack, right?
Edit: Why not buy the dresses and get them altered somewhere else? Just an idea....

I've heard some bad things about their alterations, but I admit I don't know firsthand.

i have not heard to many good things about the wedding center in commack either. sorry sometimes you get what you pay for.

DO not go get your alterations at Commack...i have heard horrible things...Most girls will only buy the dress there and get it altered somewhere else
