BM dresses.....how early to order?

BM dresses.....how early to order?

So I have 1 year and 5 months to go.

When should I start looking for BM dresses? I have 4 girls and when I went to order bridal gown I saw some really nice things. Any suggestions?

usually 8-6 months before the wedding...that's what they told me.

I am ordering mine about 6 months before.

I am ordering about 8 months before. I found a dress i love but just in case something else comes out next year that I like, I rather wait.

I called up the place that I am getting mine from....she told me it takes 12 weeks from the day that you order....I am getting married in June and she said the latest I should order is January which is about 6 months from the wedding

but anywhere from 6-9 months is good!!!

I'm probably gonna order mine in early November for a June wedding, only b/c I don't want my BM's to be hit with a downpayment on a dress in Dec. or Jan. That's already an expensive time of year

im thinking of ordering in sept. or october...thats about 10 months before. i already picked out the dree though.

I am most likely going to have the BM's/MOH start narrowing down their choices to the top three around first thing next year (January) and then start the process of fittings and stuff.

My wedding is April 07 and I already order mine last week. The bridal place told me that b/c my dress is a popular for the 07 brides that it could take up to 6 months to get the dress in.

I'll probably be looking myself over the summer and probably order them around September for a June Wedding. I need to know the color before I can do anything else like flowers & invitations etc...

I have been looking now with my girls so I get an idea of what everyone likes ect ...I will probably want them to order in the fall...I have this fear that if I procrastinate something might go wrong...

my wedding is in Nov and we are prob gonna order then in Feb of 07.

6 months before is what I hear, I already looked at dresses with them they just haven't ordered the yet...
