BM dropout

soooooo really sad - i just spoke to my cousin who told me that she cant be in our wedding!!!!!!!!!!

its a really long story, but basically she's having a lot of difficulties with her pregnancy and doesnt think she's going to be fully recooperated by may so in turn she wont be able to get the dress fitted in time for the wedding and she doesnt even know if the baby will make it so she thinks it would be best for her to just not be in the bridal party. she felt HORRIBLE about pulling out & told me to ask someone else - but i really dont have anyone else so i told her that her spot is always there if something changes and she feels that she is ok to still be in it.... but im really sad b/c she is the only other person who is like a sister to me other than my 2 other cousins who are in the BP

i hope that something changes and that she can still be in it, but i dont think so... i think im going to still get her a bridesmaid gift and make her feel special b/c she was SO upset over it!!

can anyone think of something really special i can do for her???

will she be at your wedding? If so, have her do a reading or poem. Its a wy of honoring her without her having to do all the legwork involved in being a BM.

yeah she will still be coming to the wedding & her daughter is still being one of my FGs.... i totally understand where she's coming from so im not mad or anything... but its just really sad b/c she even said that the day of our wedding she's going to be upset she's not in it so that makes ME sad b/c i was in her wedding and its sad to think shes not going to be in ours
