BM Gift help (ballet slippers and customized tanks)

I am looking for cute black ballet slipper (not too expensive) that the BM can wear for dancing @ the wedding and of course in the future. I am also looking for tanks with the date of the wedding or whatever for them to wear (possible esty find?)

Can anyone recommend good places to find/buy each?

Thanks ladies!
