If I am paying for everything for my BMs (BM dresses, hair, make up, hotel to get ready, rehearsal dinner, lunch for day of wedding, transportation), am I still supposed to get them a BM gift?

Wow, you are doing a lot - you've a very generous bride! Wish I was in your bridal party!
That being said, you've done more than enough. A nice 'thank you' card at the rehearsal will honesty suffice.
