For myself as the bride, I don't mind paying a little more, but I feel that I can't expect my girls to pay 100 for hair and makeup each.With everything else the shower, bachelorette, dress..its just alot. .but the vendors I want to use require a minimum for me to use them..so what is the norm for BM hair and makeup or what is the most you would pay? TIA!

i found a makeup artist that would do BMs for $65 ... i'm still looking for a hair dresser who charges that much ... most people are about $100 each (give or take) ... and more for the bride.
i agree that their prices are absolutely ridiculous. it annoys me.

so then it's not so bad? I didn't think it was a problem and I wa just going to do the same for my BM's wedding as she is using the same vendors for both. But I just asked another one of my BM's and she was like 'that's 200$ for both??!!' and then I was like it really is alot to ask of them..I dunno what the right amount is supposed to be..

i agree! the prices people charge are crazy!! my girls paid $65 for makeup and $85 for hair.

as a BM I have paid anywhere from $45-$80 for hair and anywhere from $75-$100 for makeup, but the bride gave us a choice if we wanted to use their hair/MUA. Some wedding I chose to do it, other I did it myself or went to my own person.
I got q quote from a MUA for $75 for the BMs and MOB which I think is very good, but I am giving my BMs a choice if they want to use her or not. 2 out of the 5 girls opted to use my MUA and the other 3 will do their own. As far as hair, the girls will most likely go to their own person but I will extend the offer to go to my place if they want.
